Mist was reported in areas on Wednesday morning, according to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS).

Earlier the centre had issued warnings that patches of fog could form causing poor visibility of less than 1,000 metres at times from 1 to 9 am. However, mist has only been present in Al Maktoum Airport, Al Minhad, Khalifa College and Sweihan.

The weather will remain fair for most of the day, though some of the eastern areas may experience partly cloudy conditions by afternoon.

Light to moderate winds, that may pick up speed over some exposed areas. As the case has been for the past months, relative humidity will increase at night and tomorrow early morning over some coastal and internal areas.

The Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea will be slight to moderate.
