The Critics Choice Awards rounded off a packed weekend for the film industry on Sunday night, but the stars still brought their fashion A-game.
Following the Directors Guild Awards on Saturday, and the Bafta Awards in London earlier in the day on Sunday, the Critics Choice Awards took place in both Los Angeles and London so that Bafta attendees could attend the rescheduled show. The LA ceremony took place at the Fairmont Century Plaza hotel, while the London ceremony was hosted at The Savoy Hotel.
Gold was the order of the night on the red carpet, with many stars opting for metallic tones, including House of Gucci stars Lady Gaga and Jared Leto, who stayed true to their characters, both opting for gold designs by Gucci.
Elsewhere, tennis ace sisters Venus and Serena Williams had a matching moment in silver Atelier Versace designs, as they supported Will Smith as he took home the Best Actor award for his portrayal of their father in the biopic King Richard.
Among the best dressed stars on the red carpet were Squid Game star HoYeon Jung, who opted for a gold Louis Vuitton vintage-inspired dress, and Selena Gomez, who wore a red halter-neck dress by the same designer.

At the awards, Jane Campion’s The Power of the Dog continued its winning streak, winning Best Picture and Best Director.
Jessica Chastain won Best Actress for The Eyes of Tammy Faye, in which she disappears beneath layers of the US televangelist's trademark heavy make-up.
The supporting act winners, Troy Kotsur of Coda and Ariana DeBose of West Side Story, added to growing award hauls as they, too, pull ahead as Oscars favourites.
On the TV side, Succession won Best Drama, Ted Lasso continued its relentless awards sweep of the comedy prizes and Mare of Easttown was named Best Limited Series.

What is the definition of an SME?
SMEs in the UAE are defined by the number of employees, annual turnover and sector. For example, a “small company” in the services industry has six to 50 employees with a turnover of more than Dh2 million up to Dh20m, while in the manufacturing industry the requirements are 10 to 100 employees with a turnover of more than Dh3m up to Dh50m, according to Dubai SME, an agency of the Department of Economic Development.
