Jessica Morgan

Jessica Morgan is an assistant national editor on The National's UAE desk. She is an award-winning British NCTJ-trained journalist who has worked at The Independent, Evening Standard, Bustle, Yahoo, Refinery29 and The Face before moving to the UAE. She has been named on the Forbes 30 under 30 list for her coverage on Covid-19, human interest stories relating to Black women and mentoring student journalists. She is currently ghostwriting a book and her debut novel, and lives in Abu Dhabi with her husky, Ice.
