Bargain business class flights: Emirates and Etihad seats are on sale

Fancy upgrading your next trip to business class? Or pushing the boat out with a first class ticket? Act quickly and you might find some reduced fares.

Currently, Emirates has business class and first class fares on sale on selected flights. Running until Saturday, the airline has slashed the price of tickets on many of its popular routes.

The fares are valid for bookings made until Saturday 13 July for travel completed by April 2020. Fly business from Dubai to Amman from Dh5,995, to Hong Kong from Dh10,495, London from Dh12,465 and Paris from Dh14,995.

These offers are all for Emirates' Flex fares, meaning that passengers get all the benefits of traditional business class tickets including chauffeur drive to the airport and complimentary lounge access as well as 40 kilograms of check-in luggage allowance and complimentary seat selection.

For travellers looking to fly first class, there are some cut price offers available on tickets from Dubai to Sri Lanka with fares starting at Dh9,135, to Jeddah from Dh11,895 or to New York from Dh30,995. Passengers booking these tickets will have their own private suites; Emirates' dine on demand service and access to the on-board shower spa.

Etihad also has a business class offer on selected routes, with tickets available to book until December 31, 2019 for travel until the same date.
