Abu Dhabi launches worldwide campaign to attract travellers

ABU DHABI // An international campaign to draw tourists to experience the “extraordinary stories” of the capital has been launched by the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority.

It highlights the capital as an “inspiring destination” for those in search of cultural authenticity and diverse natural environments.

“It tells the extraordinary story of Abu Dhabi, from its ancient past to its modern wonders, guiding audiences through breathtaking natural environments and exhilarating experiences,” said Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, the authority’s chairman.

“Audiences will also discover a dynamic, family leisure entertainment destination and one that also holds out ambitious business opportunities. The campaign will unearth these stories and bring them to life for our potential visitors, inspiring them to journey here.”

The campaign features a two-series television commercial for GCC and international markets, which will be broadcast on television networks, digital channels and in-flight entertainment systems.

It will be rolled out from Tuesday, focusing on India, China, Britain, Germany, the US and the GCC.
