Traders follows the stock market at Boursa Kuwait, the national stock market of Kuwait, on September 19, 2019 in Kuwait City. Saudi shares slumped at the start of trading on September 15, the first session after drone attacks on two major oil facilities knocked out more than half the OPEC kingpin's production. Other bourses in the Gulf also dropped.
