Bollywood star John Abraham sharing fitness secrets in Dubai

It's at times like these that we lament the fact we live in Abu Dhabi and aren't closer to all the happenings in Dubai.

Bollywood megastar John Abraham was apparently a surprise guest at the Fitness First gym in BurJuman this past Friday.

Abraham was in Dubai promoting his new film

- the first time for the actor to produce a film. He began his visit by showcasing the film to the members of Fitness First.

Later on in the visit, Abraham explained his own fitness regimen and offered tips on adopting an easy-to-practice exercise schedule.

"Fitness features on top of my agenda. It's not just about looking good. Maintaining a healthy physique is a sure route to having a healthy mind, a reason why I am very conscious about getting the balance right with my diet and workout regime," he said.
