The Juventus defence is leaking, goals have dried up and captain Gianluigi Buffon has rung the alarm after the Serie A champions were exposed during a 2-1 'Derby d'Italia' defeat to Inter Milan.
Juventus host Cagliari on Wednesday, and goalkeeper Buffon wants tightening up at the back.
“That’s the third time this season we’ve conceded a goal from a corner kick, it’s not like us,” Buffon said.
He spoke out after Mauro Icardi, from a corner, and Ivan Perisic rose above the Juve defence to head goals and secure Inter’s first San Siro win over Juve since 2010 and the reign of Jose Mourinho.
Juve's first defeat of the season has left Napoli top by one point, a position they are sure to savour.
Former Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain hit a record 36 goals in Serie A last season but, despite scoring twice in a 3-1 league win over Sassuolo last week, the Argentine has fired blanks in his last two Juve appearances.

Juventus, tipped to make a challenge in this season's Uefa Champions League following midfielder Miralem Pjanic's signing from Roma and Dani Alves' move from Barcelona, are suffering in attack.
Massimiliano Allegri’s men were held to a goalless draw by Europa League champions Sevilla last Wednesday and their 66th minute opener on Sunday came courtesy of Swiss wingback Stephan Lichtsteiner.
Simultaneously, Napoli forward Jose Callejon sits top of the league scoring charts with five goals in four games, and Polish teammate Arkadiusz Milik — bought from Ajax as a replacement for Higuain — has hit four in four games.
Although Higuain has three league goals to his name, Paulo Dybala — Juve’s top scorer last season — has yet to get off the mark.
Allegri is also facing criticism after a mediocre display by Pjanic in front of the Juventus defence, but he says he expects a reaction.
“The defeat will help us in the end,” Allegri, 49, said.
“Thankfully, on Wednesday we have a chance to make amends, although Cagliari are a lively, strong side so we will have to be very focused.
“We should be raising our concentration levels, not lowering them.”
Defeat to the Sardinians is unthinkable, but would be welcomed by a number of sides looking to end Juve’s five-year grip on the championship.
Inter have been touted as one of Juve’s biggest challengers this season, and Sunday’s disciplined, compact performance gave an indication of just how far they can go this season under new manager Frank De Boer.
An opening day defeat to Chievo, followed by a dour home draw with Palermo are now distant memories and De Boer’s miserable few weeks in the hot seat have made way for plenty of optimism.
“This result gives us confidence and we needed that as a team,” said De Boer, who succeeded Roberto Mancini two weeks before the start of the season.
“It’s important to move on as a team and today we did that. That’s the only way we can get results.”
Elsewhere, Roma host league new boys Crotone, who claimed their first point of the season in a 1-1 draw with Empoli on Sunday, at the Stadio Olimpico looking to make amends for Sunday’s 1-0 defeat to Fiorentina.
It left Luciano Spalletti’s men in third at three points adrift and he said: “The table is really tight but this defeat is a missed opportunity for us.
“When you lose, you go home with no points but you still have to evaluate the performance. The team did its job tonight. Sometimes in football you end up losing when you play good teams like Fiorentina.”

Mercer, the investment consulting arm of US services company Marsh & McLennan, expects its wealth division to at least double its assets under management (AUM) in the Middle East as wealth in the region continues to grow despite economic headwinds, a company official said.
Mercer Wealth, which globally has $160 billion in AUM, plans to boost its AUM in the region to $2-$3bn in the next 2-3 years from the present $1bn, said Yasir AbuShaban, a Dubai-based principal with Mercer Wealth.
“Within the next two to three years, we are looking at reaching $2 to $3 billion as a conservative estimate and we do see an opportunity to do so,” said Mr AbuShaban.
Mercer does not directly make investments, but allocates clients’ money they have discretion to, to professional asset managers. They also provide advice to clients.
“We have buying power. We can negotiate on their (client’s) behalf with asset managers to provide them lower fees than they otherwise would have to get on their own,” he added.
Mercer Wealth’s clients include sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and insurance companies among others.
From its office in Dubai, Mercer also looks after Africa, India and Turkey, where they also see opportunity for growth.
Wealth creation in Middle East and Africa (MEA) grew 8.5 per cent to $8.1 trillion last year from $7.5tn in 2015, higher than last year’s global average of 6 per cent and the second-highest growth in a region after Asia-Pacific which grew 9.9 per cent, according to consultancy Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In the region, where wealth grew just 1.9 per cent in 2015 compared with 2014, a pickup in oil prices has helped in wealth generation.
BCG is forecasting MEA wealth will rise to $12tn by 2021, growing at an annual average of 8 per cent.
Drivers of wealth generation in the region will be split evenly between new wealth creation and growth of performance of existing assets, according to BCG.
Another general trend in the region is clients’ looking for a comprehensive approach to investing, according to Mr AbuShaban.
“Institutional investors or some of the families are seeing a slowdown in the available capital they have to invest and in that sense they are looking at optimizing the way they manage their portfolios and making sure they are not investing haphazardly and different parts of their investment are working together,” said Mr AbuShaban.
Some clients also have a higher appetite for risk, given the low interest-rate environment that does not provide enough yield for some institutional investors. These clients are keen to invest in illiquid assets, such as private equity and infrastructure.
“What we have seen is a desire for higher returns in what has been a low-return environment specifically in various fixed income or bonds,” he said.
“In this environment, we have seen a de facto increase in the risk that clients are taking in things like illiquid investments, private equity investments, infrastructure and private debt, those kind of investments were higher illiquidity results in incrementally higher returns.”
The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, one of the largest sovereign wealth funds, said in its 2016 report that has gradually increased its exposure in direct private equity and private credit transactions, mainly in Asian markets and especially in China and India. The authority’s private equity department focused on structured equities owing to “their defensive characteristics.”

What are NFTs?
Are non-fungible tokens a currency, asset, or a licensing instrument? Arnab Das, global market strategist EMEA at Invesco, says they are mix of all of three.
You can buy, hold and use NFTs just like US dollars and Bitcoins. “They can appreciate in value and even produce cash flows.”
However, while money is fungible, NFTs are not. “One Bitcoin, dollar, euro or dirham is largely indistinguishable from the next. Nothing ties a dollar bill to a particular owner, for example. Nor does it tie you to to any goods, services or assets you bought with that currency. In contrast, NFTs confer specific ownership,” Mr Das says.
This makes NFTs closer to a piece of intellectual property such as a work of art or licence, as you can claim royalties or profit by exchanging it at a higher value later, Mr Das says. “They could provide a sustainable income stream.”
This income will depend on future demand and use, which makes NFTs difficult to value. “However, there is a credible use case for many forms of intellectual property, notably art, songs, videos,” Mr Das says.

Is it worth it? We put cheesecake frap to the test.
The verdict from the nutritionists is damning. But does a cheesecake frappuccino taste good enough to merit the indulgence?
My advice is to only go there if you have unusually sweet tooth. I like my puddings, but this was a bit much even for me. The first hit is a winner, but it's downhill, slowly, from there. Each sip is a little less satisfying than the last, and maybe it was just all that sugar, but it isn't long before the rush is replaced by a creeping remorse. And half of the thing is still left.
The caramel version is far superior to the blueberry, too. If someone put a full caramel cheesecake through a liquidiser and scooped out the contents, it would probably taste something like this. Blueberry, on the other hand, has more of an artificial taste. It's like someone has tried to invent this drink in a lab, and while early results were promising, they're still in the testing phase. It isn't terrible, but something isn't quite right either.
So if you want an experience, go for a small, and opt for the caramel. But if you want a cheesecake, it's probably more satisfying, and not quite as unhealthy, to just order the real thing.
