Arsene Wenger's Arsenal have been drawn against CSKA Moscow in the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
The Premier League side, who progressed past AC Milan in the last 16 of the competition, will have home advantage for the first leg of the tie on April 5, with the second leg in Russia a week later on April 12.
______________
Europa League quarter-final draw
RB Leipzig v Marseille
Arsenal v CSKA Moscow
Atletico Madrid v Sporting Lisbon
Lazio v FC Salzburg
______________
Wenger has not won any European silverware since taking charge of Arsenal in 1996, and as well as winning the competition, the tournament appears to be the side's best chance of qualifying for the Uefa Champions League next season.
The winner gets a place in the 2018/19 event, and with Arsenal sixth in the Premier League, and 12 points off fourth-placed Liverpool with eight games to go, the Europa League is likely to be their main focus.
