The new Southern Sun Hotel launches their new sushi school this month. Participants can learn the art of sushi making from executive chef Manish Law and resident sushi chef Herman Sulaeman. Held once a month at Kahraman in the hotel, the three-hour classes accomodate 15 people and include lunch. The first class is Saturday, Sept. 20 from 11am – 1pm. Dh160 per person.
