Studio

The specs: Measuring an ample 548 square foot, this studio flat with separate bathroom has just enough room to comfortably fit a bed, television and dining table. This particular studio is located on the 24th floor, and has an excellent view out the front of the building with the ocean in the distance.
The pad: A fridge, stove and oven make up a modest but practical kitchen area. However, there is very little counter space for food prep. This apartment also has a washer/dryer, full-length mirror, large shower, jacuzzi bath, hardwood floors and a control panel for gently illuminating or dimming the lights.
The view: You won't find a great deal of storage space in this studio and the tiny kitchen isn't ideal for ambitious cooking, but if you're seeking a slick apartment with excellent amenities and an unbeatable view, it could be well worth a look.
The fact it's on the 24th floor could be a source of comfort if you're scared of heights. It also comes with a parking spot on the first floor.

Dh80,000-Dh110,000 per year (rent)
Dh1.5 million-Dh1.7m (buy)

One bedroom

The specs: Towering up on the 93rd floor, this apartment is one of the largest of its kind in the Burj Khalifa, coming in at 1,133 sq/ft. The smallest one bedroom is 825sq/ft. Your ears will pop flying up the world's fastest lift at 64km/h. After disembarking on the 76th floor, you'll have to take a second lift to reach home.

The pad: On first impression, life on the 93rd floor can make you feel a bit weak in the knees. But as you grow accustomed to it, the views from the giant windows are breathtaking to say the least. The fully-furnished kitchen is much larger in this space, with an good-sized living room and bedroom. Similar to the bachelor, it also features a washer/dryer, hardwood floors, a large shower jaccuzi tub.

The view: You won't be spoilt for space, but the walk-in closet and a second bathroom makes a tremendous difference. There is more than enough room for one person. Don't feel like cooking? Burj Khalifa residents have easy access to Dubai Mall and the Armani Hotel, with both offering delivery service.

Dh110,000 - 140,000 per year (rent)
Dh2.5m - 3.96m (buy)

Two bedroom

The specs:  Just down the hall on the 93rd floor is a 2,036 sq ft, two-bedroom apartment. There is a marked difference the moment you step through the foyer and into the sprawling living room, with an enormous panoramic window that stretches the full length of the apartment.
The pad: There are many twists and turns in this apartment. It features a separate laundry room, four bathrooms, small maid's quarters and a small island just off the living room with a mini-fridge, sink and counter space.
The fully furnished kitchen is large with marble countertops, but the bedrooms are modest. However, each has a window with spectacular views.
The view: Although this apartment is impressive, prospective renters or buyers should note the long, narrow and often triangular shape of the living room and bedrooms. Also, if you're interested in a two-bedroom, be prepared for thick columns, which can take away from your floor space. These dimensions are an unavoidable consequence of how the world's tallest building was constructed, but if you're willing to accept them, your friends will be begging to be invited to your dinner parties.

Dh180,000-Dh250,000  (rent)
Dh3.5m-Dh7.1m (buy)
