Aubaine, The Dubai Mall

This London-born French cafe has created a new menu for Ramadan. The four-course set menu starts with dates, yogurt, harira soup and a fattoush salad. The mains on offer include roasted monkfish with saffron risotto, coriander and parsley veloute; lamb shank with zaatar, rice pilaf and minted yogurt; and marinated chicken breast with charmula sauce and confit onion. For dessert, the chefs have created a sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and dates. • Dh149. Sunset to 2am. 04 501 6970
