Hail, thunderstorms and heavy rain have continued to lash parts of the UAE while forecasters said more rain remained a possibility until Wednesday. Hail was reported over Hatta and Mazira in Ajman while heavy rain with thunder was reported in parts of Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Kalba and Fujairah throughout the night, causing some wadis to overflow. Fog and mist will be prevalent over some parts of the country on Monday morning with visibility less than 1,000 metres at times in some areas. The National Centre of Meteorology said the conditions could last until 9am over some internal and coastal areas, especially the western areas. The amount of clouds will decrease gradually by evening and night. In Abu Dhabi, temperatures will range between 28°C and 21°C, and 27°C and 22°C in Dubai Temperatures along the coast will range between 29°C and 18°C, and 22°C to 10°C in the mountains Moderate to fresh winds are expected over the sea and exposed areas and may cause blowing dust with poor visibility at times.
