The UAE Ministry of Economy and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Middle East have issued a recall of nearly 600 Jeep Wranglers vehicles due to defective frame welding.
The 596 affected vehicles were manufactured between May and July 2018. A faulty weld in the track bar suspension at the front of the vehicle can cause it to detach from the frame and reduce the steering response.
All repairs will be completed free of charge.

Customers have been asked to call customer care centres of Trading Enterprises (600 5344 41) and Western Motors (800 5337) to arrange an appointment.
Additionally, Trading Enterprises and Western Motors will contact customers with affected models directly to arrange inspection and repairs.
