A new health initiative called Actively Fit in the UAE has been launched.
The year-long campaign, organised by Medcare Orthopedic and Spine Hospital, will offer sports and health enthusiasts free orthopaedics, diet and nutrition consultations. The campaign’s first event was held at the HM Fitness Centre at Dubai Bowling Centre, Al Qouz, where more than 40 members of the gym received free consultations and blood sugar and blood pressure tests.
The ‘Actively Fit’ campaign aims to educate and promote healthy living, safe exercise and diet routines among athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
