Ajman fitness festival begins

Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak opened the Health and Fitness Fun festival in Ajman on Monday.

ABU DHABI // Ajman's Health and Fitness Fun festival was opened last weekend by Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF) and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood.
The festival held under the patronage of Sheikha Fatima aims to promote health education and its awareness and to encourage people to practice a safe and healthy lifestyle.
Organised by Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training, and Ministry of Education in collaboration with Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, the festival will also be held at different locations across UAE.
