• The UAE relief team at the Emirati-Jordanian camp for Syrian refugees in Mrajeeb Al Fhood responded to the call of a Syrian refugee who appealed for a wheelchair for her disabled mother through one of the local Jordanian satellite programmes. Mohammed Abdullah Al Shamsi, director of the Emirati Jordanian Camp, directed a relief team to visit the residence of the family in Mafraq, which presented the wheelchair, and other relief items including blankets and winter clothing as well as foodstuff.

The move is part of the small heart campaign sponsored by the Sharjah Charity International, supervised over by the UAE Embassy and implemented by the Jakaya Kikwete Foundation and the Islamic Foundation in Tanzania.
