UAE weather: Dubai and Abu Dhabi set for hot, sunny Friday

Weather conditions in Dubai on Friday will be hot and sunny with moderate winds.

Temperatures are due to peak at 34°C shortly after midday, accompanied by breezes of up to 19kph.

The forecast for Abu Dhabi promises a similar day of sunny skies and light breezes.

Temperatures are predicted to be slightly hotter, reaching 36°C in the afternoon, with lighter winds of around 16kph.

The National Centre of Meteorology is predicting fair conditions for the UAE in general, but predicted a chance of winds blowing dust at times during the day.

Night time temperatures could drop to around 20°C in Dubai and Abu Dhabi over the course of Friday night and the early hours of Saturday morning.
