Images from Syria’s 1-0 win over China on Thursday in Asian World Cup qualifying action, a result which sent the Syrians to fourth in Group A, with four points from three matches. The top two of six teams from the group will advance to the 2018 World Cup in Russia, with the third surviving through to a further play-off round. South Korea currently top the group on seven points. Syria lead China (one point) and Qatar (zero points) with Uzbekistan and Iran still playing Thursday.
