The WWE's biggest show of the year, WrestleMania 34, takes place at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, on Sunday. Ahead of the event here are the predictions on what will go down in the 11 matches on the main card and the three scheduled for the pre-show.
Roman Reigns to win the WWE Universal title against Brock Lesnar
This is one of the easiest matches of the night to call. The WWE have been building to this for 12 months and there is no way that Reigns is not walking without the belt.
How the match actually goes down is actually the most unpredictable element to this. Hopefully Lesnar and Reigns can find the intensity of their WrestleMania 31 clash, which was great fun.
Lesnar to give out a lot of punishment but Reigns to begin a first, and likely long, reign with the Universal belt going into the summer.

Shinsuke Nakamura to win the WWE World Heavyweight title against AJ Styles
Very tough one to call. Styles is a great centre point for the SmackDown brand and he could easily retain here.
But, you feel the WWE want to give Nakamura a go at the top and if it is going to happen then the time is now.
Sure, there are potential issues with him as champion. Namely his lack of promo skills in the English language, but he has done more than fine so far and WWE should plan on giving him the belt till at least SummerSlam.
Asuka to win the WWE SmackDown women's title against Charlotte Flair
Charlotte has been the centre of the evolution of the WWE's women's division over the past two years and it makes sense that she is the final stepping stone for Asuka to become a champion on the main roster.
Asuka is unbeaten, dating back to her NXT days, and there is no way she is losing here. Charlotte will put on a great match with her here and put her over in style.
Carmella becomes WWE Raw women's champion after cashing in her Money in the Bank (MITB) briefcase on Alexa Bliss, who retains initially against Nia Jax
The WWE usually has a couple of shock moments and this could be one.
Bliss will cheat her way to a win, or retention by disqualification against Jax, with the help of Mickie James. A furious Jax then destroys Bliss post-match, leaving her laying in the ring. Cue Carmella's music...
In theory Carmella should only be able to cash in on the SmackDown title but I am sure WWE creative can wriggle around that.
The first women's MITB cash-in needs to be memorable and successful. There is no way Carmella cashes in on Asuka so this is their best scenario for another milestone moment for the women's division.
Ronda Rousey and Kurt Angle to beat Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in a mixed-tag match
Rousey's first competitive outing in a WWE ring will have a lot of attention on it.
She should be well protected, given her lack of experience, by having a ring general like Triple H marshalling things.
This is set-up to give Rousey a big win. Angle will take the beatdown from Triple H, get the hot tag to Rousey who will throw McMahon around before getting a big pop by tapping out Triple H.
Technically this will not be a classic, but it should deliver some good entertainment.
The Undertaker to beat John Cena in a singles match
It would be an amazing swerve by the WWE if Undertaker is not at WrestleMania 34 but they have put too much into this storyline for it not to culminate in a match at WrestleMania.
Now, there is a scenario where it is just a face-off to set up a match at WrestleMania 35, but it would be unlikely for them not to have a match, even a short one, while both are healthy.
Undertaker to appear and to win a short match, no more than 15 minutes, to give himself the option of a winning end to his career if this is the end for the Deadman.
Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon to beat Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn in a tag match
Bryan's first match on a network special for WWE for three years will generate one of the biggest crowd pops of the night, given the love the WWE universe has for him.
Given McMahon's reported health problems and Bryan's lack of in-ring action of late this is unlikely to be a long match.
Bryan is not losing his first match back so the story will be Owens and Zayn are fired of SmackDown and end up on Raw as future opponents for Reigns.
The Miz to retain the Intercontinental title against Seth Rollins and Finn Balor in a triple threat match
Given the workrates of all three men in the ring this could be a match-of-the-night contender.
All three men would make for deserved winners, but Rollins does not need the Intercontinental title to be over, while Balor may get the title at some point soon, but not on Sunday.
The Miz has had a superb year and deserves a big win at WrestleMania. Plus, keeping him strong makes sense for the inevitable match with Daniel Bryan at some point later this year or next.
Randy Orton to retain the United States title against Bobby Roode, Jinder Mahal and Rusev in a fatal four-way
Orton retaining makes the most sense here. If Roode was winning he would have not lost the title in the first place, while Mahal's act is completely flat.
That leaves Rusev, who would be an extremely popular winner with fans.
But this feels like it is is Orton's night and he will hold the strap to keep him occupied and away from the title scene.
Braun Strowman and an unnamed partner to win the Raw Tag Team titles against Cesaro and Sheamus
Strowman has been a revelation over the past 12 months and really deserves to be competing for one of the top singles titles.
He is not and this is the next best option. He and his partner, my guess is James Ellsworth, are winning the match. My hope is Cesaro and Sheamus are kept strong in losing, but this is a match designed to showcase Strowman.
The Bludgeon Brothers to win the SmackDown Tag Team titles against The Usos and The New Day in a triple threat tag match
This will be a chaotic match with plenty of action and drama. The Usos and The New Day have dominated the SmackDown division for the past 15 months so it will be nice to see some new faces at the top.
For that reason Luke Harper and Erik Rowan win the gold. They have been booked dominantly and having them as champions shakes up the division for the months ahead.
Mustafa Ali to win the vacant WWE Cruiserweight title against Cedric Alexander
Given this is on the kick-off show this should get at least 15 minutes. There is a feelgood factor to a win for Ali so expect the WWE to go with that to give the crowd an early pop.
Becky Lynch to win the Women's Battle Royal
Lynch is due a big moment in the WWE as she has been treated as an afterthought since becoming the first SmackDown champion in the summer in 2016.
The final four will be her, Natalya, Sasha Banks and Bayley.
Bayley finally gets one over on Banks and eliminates her, but Banks snaps and attacks her 'best friend' and throws her over the top rope to kick their burgeoning feud into gear.
Lynch then beats Natalya to win the inaugural event.
Matt Hardy to win the Andre the Giant Battle Royal
Given the randomness of Mojo Rawley winning, with a cameo from Rob Gronkowski 12 months ago, predicting this is nigh on impossible.
Hardy is arguably the most popular man in the match with his Woken gimmick, and giving him the win would, like Ali winning the Cruiserweight match and Lynch the women's battle royal, would get the crowd warmed up for the main show.
WrestleMania 34 is on the WWE Network, which is available through OSN, with the main show beginning at 4am UAE time.
Closing the loophole on sugary drinks
As The National reported last year, non-fizzy sugared drinks were not covered when the original tax was introduced in 2017. Sports drinks sold in supermarkets were found to contain, on average, 20 grams of sugar per 500ml bottle.
The non-fizzy drink AriZona Iced Tea contains 65 grams of sugar – about 16 teaspoons – per 680ml can. The average can costs about Dh6, which would rise to Dh9.
Drinks such as Starbucks Bottled Mocha Frappuccino contain 31g of sugar in 270ml, while Nescafe Mocha in a can contains 15.6g of sugar in a 240ml can.

Mercer, the investment consulting arm of US services company Marsh & McLennan, expects its wealth division to at least double its assets under management (AUM) in the Middle East as wealth in the region continues to grow despite economic headwinds, a company official said.
Mercer Wealth, which globally has $160 billion in AUM, plans to boost its AUM in the region to $2-$3bn in the next 2-3 years from the present $1bn, said Yasir AbuShaban, a Dubai-based principal with Mercer Wealth.
“Within the next two to three years, we are looking at reaching $2 to $3 billion as a conservative estimate and we do see an opportunity to do so,” said Mr AbuShaban.
Mercer does not directly make investments, but allocates clients’ money they have discretion to, to professional asset managers. They also provide advice to clients.
“We have buying power. We can negotiate on their (client’s) behalf with asset managers to provide them lower fees than they otherwise would have to get on their own,” he added.
Mercer Wealth’s clients include sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and insurance companies among others.
From its office in Dubai, Mercer also looks after Africa, India and Turkey, where they also see opportunity for growth.
Wealth creation in Middle East and Africa (MEA) grew 8.5 per cent to $8.1 trillion last year from $7.5tn in 2015, higher than last year’s global average of 6 per cent and the second-highest growth in a region after Asia-Pacific which grew 9.9 per cent, according to consultancy Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In the region, where wealth grew just 1.9 per cent in 2015 compared with 2014, a pickup in oil prices has helped in wealth generation.
BCG is forecasting MEA wealth will rise to $12tn by 2021, growing at an annual average of 8 per cent.
Drivers of wealth generation in the region will be split evenly between new wealth creation and growth of performance of existing assets, according to BCG.
Another general trend in the region is clients’ looking for a comprehensive approach to investing, according to Mr AbuShaban.
“Institutional investors or some of the families are seeing a slowdown in the available capital they have to invest and in that sense they are looking at optimizing the way they manage their portfolios and making sure they are not investing haphazardly and different parts of their investment are working together,” said Mr AbuShaban.
Some clients also have a higher appetite for risk, given the low interest-rate environment that does not provide enough yield for some institutional investors. These clients are keen to invest in illiquid assets, such as private equity and infrastructure.
“What we have seen is a desire for higher returns in what has been a low-return environment specifically in various fixed income or bonds,” he said.
“In this environment, we have seen a de facto increase in the risk that clients are taking in things like illiquid investments, private equity investments, infrastructure and private debt, those kind of investments were higher illiquidity results in incrementally higher returns.”
The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, one of the largest sovereign wealth funds, said in its 2016 report that has gradually increased its exposure in direct private equity and private credit transactions, mainly in Asian markets and especially in China and India. The authority’s private equity department focused on structured equities owing to “their defensive characteristics.”

Why it pays to compare
A comparison of sending Dh20,000 from the UAE using two different routes at the same time - the first direct from a UAE bank to a bank in Germany, and the second from the same UAE bank via an online platform to Germany - found key differences in cost and speed. The transfers were both initiated on January 30.
Route 1: bank transfer
The UAE bank charged Dh152.25 for the Dh20,000 transfer. On top of that, their exchange rate margin added a difference of around Dh415, compared with the mid-market rate.
Total cost: Dh567.25 - around 2.9 per cent of the total amount
Total received: €4,670.30
Route 2: online platform
The UAE bank’s charge for sending Dh20,000 to a UK dirham-denominated account was Dh2.10. The exchange rate margin cost was Dh60, plus a Dh12 fee.
Total cost: Dh74.10, around 0.4 per cent of the transaction

The UAE bank transfer was far quicker – around two to three working days, while the online platform took around four to five days, but was considerably cheaper. In the online platform transfer, the funds were also exposed to currency risk during the period it took for them to arrive.

The Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence are popular locations, says Mr Grudziecki, due to their closeness to the beach, restaurants and hotels.

What is Financial Fair Play?
Introduced in 2011 by Uefa, European football’s governing body, it demands that clubs live within their means. Chiefly, spend within their income and not make substantial losses.
What the rules dictate?
The second phase of its implementation limits losses to €30 million (Dh136m) over three seasons. Extra expenditure is permitted for investment in sustainable areas (youth academies, stadium development, etc). Money provided by owners is not viewed as income. Revenue from “related parties” to those owners is assessed by Uefa's “financial control body” to be sure it is a fair value, or in line with market prices.
What are the penalties?
There are a number of punishments, including fines, a loss of prize money or having to reduce squad size for European competition – as happened to PSG in 2014. There is even the threat of a competition ban, which could in theory lead to PSG’s suspension from the Uefa Champions League.
