The English Premier League opening weekend continued with two exciting matches Sunday and Liverpool proved they can still find the net despite the exit of last year's leading scorer Luis Suarez.

In the other match, David Silva converted in the first half and then Sergio Aguero made it official in injury time as the reigning league champions rolled past Newcastle United 2-0.
The action continues Monday as Chelsea will visit Premier League newcomer Burnley at 11pm (UAE time).
