Manchester City hammered Brighton & Hove Albion 4-1 on Sunday to retain the Premier League title, finishing just a single point ahead of runners-up Liverpool.

City finished the campaign like a runaway train, reeling off 14 straight wins. They won the League Cup in February and on Saturday completed an historic English domestic treble by trouncing Watford 6-0 in the FA Cup final at Wembley.
