  Romelu Lukaku - The striker, 28, has proved to be Chelsea's second costliest mistake behind Belgian teammate Kevin de Bruyne. Lukaku's 24 Serie A strikes just helped Inter Milan win a first scudetto in 11 years but the club's financial woes - they are reported to have missed payments due to Manchester United for Lukaku's 2019 transfer - could force the Italian champions to cash in for a fee of around €80 million.   Harry Kane - the England striker has made clear his desire to be at a club that can challenge for honours, something he feels Tottenham are unable to provide. Kane, 27, would prefer to remain in the Premier League so he can surpass Alan Shearer's goals record, and remaining in London holds additional appeal.   Adama Traore - Thomas Tuchel has blown hot and cold on Callum Hudson-Odoi in his five months in charge, meaning a wide attacking player could be an option this transfer window. Spaniard Traore, 25, is built like a tank and loves to take on opponents one on one. The managerial malaise at Wolves - the club are yet to announce Nuno Espirito Santos' replacement - could prompt Chelsea to move for the Barcelona graduate. Reuters

  Achraf Hakimi - the Moroccan defender is a wanted man, with former employers Real Madrid locked in a bidding war with Paris Saint-Germain for his signature. Hakimi, 22, contributed seven goals and registered eight assists as Inter swept the Serie A title. Inter are holding out for a fee or up to €60 million (£51.5m) to part with the highly-rated full-back. AFP

  Lucas Digne - The French wing-back is one of the best players outside the Premier League's top four and is one of Everton's most consistent performers. With Emerson set to depart and Marcos Alonso's future unsure, Digne, 27, could provide healthy competition for Ben Chilwell. EPA

With the dust barely settled on Saturday's Champions League triumph, Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel will already have an eye on next season, and potential recruits.

Tuchel reportedly met with owner Roman Abramovich on Sunday in Porto following Chelsea's 1-0 win over Manchester City.

The talks, described as "positive", no doubt included a shopping list of players the German would like to add to his European champions in 2021.

They are believed to include at least one striker. Timo Werner struggled in his debut season in England while Tammy Abraham has been short of game time under Tuchel. Veteran Olivier Giroud, 34, is deemed surplus to requirements and almost certain to leave.
