Liverpool's players and fans are settling in Madrid with just 24 hours before the Uefa Champions League final against Tottenham Hotspur. Jurgen Klopp's squad including Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah arrived in Spain on Friday afternoon and quickly disembarked their plane and got on to a team bus waiting nearby. Klopp and defenders Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson attended a news conference at the Wanda Metropolitano in late afternoon, the venue for Saturday's game that starts at 11pm UAE time. Thousands of Liverpool and Tottenham supporters are already in Madrid and both sets of fans were in the city on Friday afternoon. It is the first time since 2008 that the Champions League has been contested by two England sides. Liverpool, who lost in last year's final to Real Madrid, are aiming to lift a sixth European Cup while Tottenham are out to win the competition for the first time.
