Manchester City made light work of Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley Stadium on Saturday to move to the brink of claiming the Premier League title.

Brazilian striker Gabriel Jesus opened the scoring before German midfielder Ilkay Gundogan doubled City's advantage from the penalty spot.

Danish playmaker Christian Eriksen pulled one back for Tottenham before English winger Raheem Sterling secured the three points for City.

The victory moved City 16 points clear of rivals Manchester United, who need to beat West Bromwich Albion on Sunday to keep alive their slim title hopes.
