Why? It feels like it has been inevitable since around November, but Manchester City will be officially crowned Premier League champions on Saturday evening. There is not enough space to wax lyrical about the achievements and performances of Pep Guardiola's side here, but the fact they have the earliest ever opportunity to win the league says it all. Jose Mourinho will be aiming to avoid defeat, more than have any ambitions to win the game, but the class, guile and invention of City will find a way through to score at least a couple of goals. Forget City's midweek defeat to Liverpool - they will dust themselves off and respond in the perfect fashion.
Everton 1 Liverpool 1
Why? Liverpool are in impressive form, none more so than in the 3-0 Uefa Champions League quarter-final first leg victory over Manchester City on Wednesday. But with the return fixture on Tuesday, and top-scorer Mohamed Salah an injury doubt, expect Jurgen Klopp to make a number of changes. Given it is a derby, Everton will want to play above themselves and should earn a draw.
Bournemouth 1 Crystal Palace 2
Why? Neither club are winning many games recently, but with Palace fighting for their Premier League lives and Bournemouth all but safe, Roy Hodgson's men can get a result at the Vitality Stadium. In Wilfried Zaha, Palace have a player capable of turning any game, and the Ivory Coast forward will again play a key role in the outcome of this fixture.
Brighton and Hove Albion 1 Huddersfield Town 0
Why? Brighton have been one of the surprise stories of the season, sit 13th in the table and look set to be playing Premier League football again next season. Huddersfield, on the other hand, have looked superb at times but dire at others and are still fighting for survival. A narrow Brighton win looks the most likely outcome here.
Leicester City 2 Newcastle United 1
Why? Newcastle are in good form, having won three of their past five matches, consigning to the past their mid-season slump. Equally Leicester have rediscovered their rhythm and are making a push for the Europa League places. This should be a closely-fought encounter with Leicester's superior firepower ultimately proving the difference.
Stoke City 0 Tottenham Hotspur 2
Why? It is looking desperate for Stoke and Paul Lambert. Three successive defeats leaves them three points adrift of safety. The last thing Stoke need is the visit of a swaggering Tottenham, who most recently dispatched Chelsea to all but end their rivals' top four hopes. An efficient, professional win for Spurs.

Watford 1 Burnley 1
Why? Burnley appear to have recaptured the early season form that catapulted them towards the top of the table and they head to Watford off the back of three successive wins. Watford welcome Burnley in good form themselves, with their only recent defeats coming away to Arsenal and Liverpool. There's not much to separate these two at this stage.
West Bromwich Albion 1 Swansea City 1
Why? Alan Pardew's poor spell time at West Brom has come to an end as the Midlands club hurtle towards the Championship. While their Premier League fate has been all but sealed, caretaker manager Darren Moore will be determined for his side to salvage some pride and a point against an inconsistent Swansea side is a good place to start.
Arsenal 4 Southampton 0
Why? Most predictions this week have been relatively close - perhaps it is due to it being the final stages of the season. However, there will be nothing close about this meeting at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday. Arsenal look to have recovered from their slump, having won five successive matches in all competitions, scoring 15 goals. Southampton, meanwhile, have not won in the league for five matches, including a chastening defeat to West Ham United last time out. Expect another difficult afternoon for Saints.
Chelsea 2 West Ham United 0
Why? It looks like most of the Chelsea squad just want this season to end. Their top four hopes are all but over and manager Antonio Conte looks resigned to his fate. However, it has been defeats in recent weeks to leading clubs that have been most damaging to their ambitions - Chelsea have managed to find ways to beat the so-called lesser opposition. West Ham most recently produced a morale-boosting win over Southampton, but their shaky defence will be severely tested at Stamford Bridge. A comfortable if not subdued win for Chelsea.
