As a Premier League and international footballer, Jorginho is accustomed to having access to the best training facilities and coaches to keep in top physical shape.

However, as Jorginho and thousands of other athletes observe self-isolation and social distancing as a measure to combat the spread of the coronavirus, the Chelsea midfielder has created a unique home-based fitness programme.

Instead of strength and conditioning coaches keeping him motivated, Jorginho was supported by his two infant children and the results are both adorable and hilarious.

Check out Jorginho's attempts to go through his paces as his son and daughter continuously interrupt their dad in the Instagram videos below.

The Premier League has been suspended until at least April 4 as the United Kingdom, and much of the rest of the world, attempts to limit the spread of the coronavirus.

The Premier League and its clubs met on Thursday to discuss their options over how to complete the season, and as Richard Jolly writes, there are tough decisions awaiting those in charge.
