Dubai-based Real Pilates has added a new, high-energy class to its timetable. Fusion X combines functional movement with Pilates, and offers a full body workout that challenges the cardiovascular system and improves strength and agility. Exercises include squats, lunges and other full-body moves that target the abdominals, lower back and upper body. Weights and resistance training props are also used during the one hour session.
Fusion X is offered at One JLT and Palm Strip Mall, Jumeirah Real Pilates studios, while Fusion X (ladies only) is offered only at the Palm Strip Mall. Classes start from Dh85 for a single session.
