Real Pilates in Palm Strip Mall, Jumeirah, has a new look after a refurbishment during the past few months. In addition to its facelift, it also has new training equipment and has introduced a number of women-only classes.
The studio offers 70 classes a week, including personal training with Stott Pilates trainers. There are three large group workout rooms that can accommodate 10, 15 and 20 clients, as well as two rooms for private sessions. The changing rooms, lockers and bathrooms have also been renovated. New exercise equipment includes the Stott Pilates V2Max Plus Reformer, new workout mats and other resistance training apparatus.
