The concept of portable gyms that do not need you to sign up for expensive classes in big facilities stacked with machines is catching on in the UAE. Go Sport recently launched new equipment and gear that allows fitness enthusiasts to set up mini workout spaces with minimum equipment at home or in the office.
The sports store has expanded its TRX suspension training equipment that can be easily adjusted for various levels of difficulty. The suspension bands can be hooked onto doors and rigs for body weight training, including rows, push-ups, chest press and lunges.
Go Sport also sells the TriggerPoint range that is used for myofascial release to alleviate muscle soreness and improve mobility.
New to the store are the Rage products of conditioning ropes and kettlebells for cardio and resistance training.
The store has also brought the Venum brand of combat sports gear and apparel to the UAE. The new arrivals include mixed martial arts punching bags, T-shirts, tank tops, shorts and leggings.
