From octopus to scallop tartare, Zuma branches and Abu Dhabi and Dubai have new lunchtime dishes, made mostly with ingredients sourced fresh from Japan.
The award-winning Japanese restaurant’s Ebizu menu includes thinly sliced octopus with burnt spring onion and yuzu pepper; sesame cristed veal belly with sweet ginger miso; scallop tartare with lime soy and fried shirasu; seafood tempura with chilli dip; and sesame plum-glazed lamb ribs.
