Marco Pierre White's restaurant Wheeler's of St. James's in DIFC has just launched their Great British Roast every Friday and Saturday from noon until 5pm. The roast will feature carved roast meats (including salt marsh lamb, grass-fed beef and corn-fed chicken breast) with all the trimmings and seasonal vegetables. Cafe Belge at the Ritz-Carlton DIFC is launching a new weekly jazz night with live music from Jazz Par Trois with vocalist Alice Grace, who was formerly with London's Ronny Scott's. Seafire Steakhouse and Bar at Atlantis, The Palm has just launched Jazz on Fire – a new weekly promotion. The restaurant's new jazz band will play soul, funk and old school jazz while diners fill their bellies with Seafire's signature steaks. Another new promotion at Seafire is the introduction of their chef's table. Diners sitting at the chef's table will have front-row seats to watch the chefs work at the grills. Back by popular demand, SoHO Bar & Grill in Century Village is re-launching their Dinner for a Dirham promotion on Tuesday, September 30 (which also happens to be ladies's night at the restaurant). The promotion includes a 3-course meal that includes dishes such as the famous SoHo sliders, Kansas back ribs and new veggie options that include Vietnamese salad and veggie burgers.
