Evian mineral water, which is sourced from the French Alps, is no stranger to collaborations with high-end fashion houses and luxury brands. When Evian partnered with Kenzo to create a navy blue and red zigzag design in 2014, I, for one, sourced one of the coveted glass bottles, put it up on my bookshelf, and there it has remained ever since.

The mineral water brand has been collaborating with designers for 10 years to produce limited-edition bottles, and the project started off with none other than French couturier Christian Lacroix in 2007. To celebrate its 10-year anniversary, the two labels have united once again, with a water bottle stamped with the popular paseo print, reflective of the fancy patterns embossed on Christian Lacroix notebooks. For the first time, the limited-edition bottle range will be available in the form of plastic bottles too, which will sell at select supermarkets in the region.

“The new limited-edition Christian Lacroix 500ml bottle speaks of the pure and vibrant spirit embodied by Evian,” says Iain Farrell, the Middle East zone director for Evian Volvic International of Danone. “Evian’s live, young spirit has been reinterpreted to also celebrate endless creativity, which we hope excites our loyal customers as well as collectors of the limited-edition Evian bottles.”

Other fashion designers who have collaborated with Evian in the past include Elie Saab, Paul Smith and Diane von Furstenberg.
