For the first time on record, motorists in the UAE will be paying the same price the pumps for consecutive months.
The Fuel Price Committee has announced flat prices for drivers in the country for January.
The cost of diesel has not changed in three months.
Here is the breakdown of prices per litre:
• Super 98: Dh2.24 - same as Dh2.24 in December
• Special 95: Dh2.12 - same as Dh2.12 in December
• Diesel: Dh2.38 - same as Dh2.38 in December
Fuel prices in the UAE were liberalised in August 2015 to adjust as per the market.
