Dubai Opera Is Introducing its first Arabic music festival next month, Dxbeats.
Dxbeats will be a night of eclectic music featuring popular progressive Middle Eastern artists, with genres spanning from jazzy blues to reggaeton. The event will see performances by Lebanese Indie music icon, Yasmine Hamdan, Egyptian group, the Sharmoofers and rock band The Wanton Bishops. Morocco's urban pop singer Manal and UAR youth hip-hop movement, Moh Flow will also be performing.
The auditorium will be transformed into a flat-floor concert hall with a capacity for 3,000 people.
Jasper Hope, Chief Executive of Dubai Opera said that "Dxbeats is about bringing the best Arab sounds from the region to Dubai’s best stage – with five incredible artists on the same bill playing to nearly 3,000 fans it’s going to be an epic night and an incredible atmosphere."
Dxbeats will take place on March 28. Early Bird tickets starting from AED225 are now available at www.dubaiopera.com until 9th April 2018.
