Sherpa breaks world record by climbing Everest 22 times - in pictures

Kami Rita Sherpa, a 48-year-old professional mountaineer guide has successfully climbed Mount Everest 22 times setting a new world record by climbing Mount Everest.

The previous record was held by Nepalese climber Appa Sherpa, who is also known as a 'Super Sherpa'.
