JERUSALEM // Israeli soldiers shot and killed a Palestinian in the West Bank on Thursday.
Palestinian security officials identified the killed Palestinian as 16-year-old Abdallah Nasarah.
Over the last three months, Palestinians have carried out near-daily attacks on Israelis, killing 19 Israelis and an American Jewish student. At least 116 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire.
Also on Thursday, Israeli forces arrested 17 Palestinian suspects for what the military called “illegal activity” in the West Bank.
