A woman drowned in a resort swimming pool in RAK on Tuesday.
A source in RAK civil defence told Al Ittihad they received a call on Tuesday afternoon that a foreign woman, whose name has not been released, had drowned in the pool.
An ambulance was dispatched to the scene, where resort employees had already removed the body from the water.
It was taken to Ibrahim Obeidallah Hospital for examination.
