?

Q: If a person was mistreated by sales employees, is there any action that can be taken?

A: You may have recourse to a criminal action in the event of insults, harassment or abuse. You may file a police complaint against an employee if he/she insulted, abused or harassed you in a shop. To establish a legitimate criminal action you have to provide evidence to support your allegations. If the the salesperson's behaviour cannot be considered a criminal action, you can complain to the shop management.

Q: If a person rented a house for a year and after few weeks found out that the neighbourhood was very noisy and decided to leave, can he or she cancel the contract and get their money back?

A: All tenants are required to sign a tenancy contract while renting a property. You cannot blame your landlord for the faults of the neighbours. Tenancy laws will hold the landlord accountable only for faults caused directly by him/her. You can, however, sue the neighbours because they are disturbing you.
