DUBAI // Several road accidents were reported Tuesday morning in Dubai, though further details were not immediately available.
The Dubai Police traffic department said on Twitter that three major accidents occurred on different roads in the emirate – D61 Hessa Street before Al Barsha South traffic light towards Sheikh Zayed Road, E44 Al Khail Road across from JVC, and on Sheikh Zayed Road after the Noor Islamic Bank Metro Station, towards the World Trade Centre.
Police also reported another accident on the E10 Umm Al Nar, and urged motorists to drive with extreme caution.
Three minor road accidents were reported, on Al Rebaat Street before Nad Al Hammar towards Deira, on Tripoli Street across from Mirdif City Centre, and on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road across from Global Village, towards Abu Dhabi.
