ABU DHABI // Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, attended a mass wedding for the Al Zaab tribe on Wednesday at Majlis Al Zaab.
The mass wedding ceremony saw 35 couples tying the knot in the presence of Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; Lt. Gen Sheikh Saif bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court; Sheikh Omar bin Zayed, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed, Chairman of the Board of Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care & Special Needs (ZHO); Sheikh Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed; Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, and other Sheikhs and senior officials.
The ceremony also included heritage activities, folklore dances and poetry.
Also present were Ahmed Juma Al Za’abi, Deputy Minister for Presidential Affairs, and Jabr Al Suwaidi, Director-General of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court, reported Wam, the state news agency.
