SHARJAH // Old Emarat petrol pumps have been donated to the Sharjah Classic Car Museum for posterity.
The pumps were used at different service stations from 1981 until 1996.
The Sharjah Classic Car Museum had more than 100 vintage vehicles on display and aims to maintain their historical value, highlight their history and help acquaint the public with the old mechanics and technology used.
Hussain Kazim, manager of corporate communications at Emarat, said he hoped the new cooperation with the museum would preserve three decades of development at Emarat.
