DUBAI // Salary payments will come early this month for Dubai Government staff after an order by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid ordered so families can meet the financial commitments of Eid Al Fitr.
The Vice President and Ruler of Dubai said that government employees should receive their salaries on June 15 (Ramadan 20) so they have 10 days to prepare for Eid.
Abdulrahman Saleh Al Saleh, director of Dubai’s Department of Finance, said the gesture reflects the ruler’s desire to support employees in meeting family needs before Eid festivities and allow them to enjoy quality time during the holiday.
