Prices for food items cut by 80%

Emirati shoppers will receive an 80 per cent discount on 100 food items in the holy month.

Al Ain Municipality said many Emiratis visited the city to buy food in previous Ramadans.

A spokesman said the prices of most food staples including oil, flour, rice, mineral water and dates, had been cut.
