Sultan Qaboos bin Said, the ruler of Oman, has ended his two-day visit to the UAE.

ABU DHABI // Sultan Qaboos bin Said, the ruler of Oman, ended his two-day visit to the UAE yesterday.

Sultan Qaboos was bid farewell by Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, President of the UAE, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President of the UAE.

Sultan Qaboos and Sheikh Khalifa discussed their views on the latest regional and international developments, and ways to strengthen bilateral ties, according to WAM, the state news agency.

Sultan Qaboos later expressed deep appreciation for the hospitality in a message to Sheikh Khalifa, WAM reported.
