The Beach, opposite Jumeirah Beach Residences, is set to host the finale of Dubai’s chapter of The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, a worldwide event where vintage motorcycle enthusiasts across 250 cities simultaneously participate to raise money for prostate cancer research.
The annual event will be held on September 28. To be held from 10pm to 11pm, it encourages Dubai residents to donate or sponsor a rider.
Prostate cancer affects more than 1.2 million men worldwide.
The fundraising goal this year is US$1 million (Dh3.7m) worldwide.
