DUBAI // The mother of a toddler who drowned in the family’s swimming pool will be charged with negligence, police said on Tuesday.
The 15-month-old French-Arab boy drowned on Friday after the mother allegedly left him to play outside their villa in Umm Suqeim with his brothers, reports said.
