DUBAI // A herbal sexual performance enhancer called ReqenArouse causes serious risks for patients suffering from heart disease, diabetes or obesity, and should not be taken, health authorities warn.
The Ministry of Health released a statement that said batch 130100 of the product, manufactured by the US company Reqenca, Inc. contained an undeclared substance, Tadalafil, that could cause a severe drop in blood pressure.
The statement follows a similar warning by the US Food and Drugs Administration.
