More than 28 million children have been vaccinated against polio under the UAE’s Project to Assist Pakistan campaign, the Minister of International Cooperation and Development said Sunday.
“The UAE has scored once more a new achievement in the light of its international commitments,” said Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, who is also Head of the UAE Committee for the Coordination of Humanitarian Foreign Aid.
