The naval forces of the Gulf Cooperation Council concluded a joint naval exercise on Thursday.
The 10-day exercise, named Union 17, was part of annual joint exercises between the GCC member states conducted in order to raise the level of combat efficiency and the spirit of mutual cooperation.
It was designed to improve leadership and management in the event of having to face real threats and challenges.
